institutions, we conduct needs assessment studies and
develop appropriate training programs to address the
training needs of organizations. These programs are tailored

of managers and employees of organizations in diverse
contexts.
E-learning and Blended
Learning Systems: Our aim is to utilize the Internet
technologies to provide satisfactory learning experience for
learners. We design and develop fully online E-learning
training systems, which allow learners to study anytime,
anywhere. Additionally, blended learning environments, a mix
of online and face-to-face learning environments, are
another type of training programs that we design and develop
to meet the unique needs of organizations. In blended
learning environments, while learners have full advantage of
accessing high quality online learning materials over the
Internet, they can also interact with their peers and
teachers in traditional classroom environments to improve
their learning.
Large Scale Training
Organizations: Collaborating with national and
international partners, we organize large scale professional
development programs for professionals working for
government agencies, corporate, and other sectors.
